About God
There is only one true God, who eternally exists as three distinct persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who exclusively share in the creation and control of the universe, forgiveness of sin, and judgment.
About the Bible
God is the author of the Bible. It was written by humans, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. As God’s treasure of perfect instruction, it is the only source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.
About People and Our Need
Humans were created in the image of God to live with Him in perfect harmony. When Adam disobeyed God’s instruction, the harmony between God and humans was broken. Disobedience of God’s instruction is called “sin”. Because of Adam’s sin, each of us has a sinful nature and are separated from God’s perfection. Through the physical death, burial and rising from the dead of his perfect son Jesus, God has provided a way to restore the harmony so each of us can live with Him forever. All who accept Jesus as Lord by faith, are forgiven and spiritually born into permanent membership of the family of God. Anyone who does not accept forgiveness through Jesus will suffer for eternity outside the presence of God.
About the Church
The Christian church is made up of all people who have accepted Jesus as Lord through faith. Believers are united in Christ by the Holy Spirit and share the message of eternal hope that Jesus paid for everyone through his sacrificial death and resurrection. New Life Christian Fellowship, as part of this church, is a Bible-believing group of people seeking to grow more like Christ and to serve Him through the Holy Spirit.
About the Christian Life
The Christian life is a progressive, unique, and individual process in which each of us is at a different point. You are welcome to worship and fellowship with us wherever you are in this process. We encourage you to bring your doubts, uncertainties and questions when you come.
